Finally, an inspiration to write.

All things are not born equal.

Yes. We know that each of us is unique in our own way. But among the different forms of uniqueness, you can't deny that some specific clusters of personalities emerge as champions for survival.

A simple analogy: I want to be like this. But I am not like this bcos I am like that. If I want to be like this, I will have to be motivated to make change to be like this. But its a fact that personality and temperament is largely inborn, if not shaped by inevitable forces of our envt, which with regards to us, is often not within our control and wishes. As such, to make change isn't all that simple as one might think. Whats more, the level of motivation to make change isnt something one can moderate either. It is largely linked to one's personality which one has little control in.

Result: If you want to be like this but your level of motivation to want to make change is low because your personality is as such, then you can only be like that.

Conclusion: Some ppl can naturally be like this because they are born like this. If not, its their family and upbringing that have shaped them to be like this. They are lucky to be born or brought up to be like this. =>Life is not fair.

But there and then, if all things were to work as what I have stated above, then life will be desperate for many as many would have use the above logic as an excuse for their failure in life.
As such, it may be more socially appropriate to phrase it in a way such that if you want to be like this, it is possible as long as you are motivated enough to want to make change to becoming like this.
Conclusion=> Life is hopeful.

BUT could this be jus a fabricated notion used by ppl who are like this to say to ppl who are like that?

Well, most probably not as we have seen the benefits of motivation talks, counselling or behavioral therapy that has served to make positive change in rebuilding lives. As such, one has ought to believe that there is a variable percentage in one's personality that can be subjected to changes, whether in a good or bad way. We thus are in some control of how we want our lives to be.
